Handbook
The Handbook brings together the association's history and governing documents (Constitution and Bylaws). In addition, it explains the duties of the Board, Officers, Directors, ALA Councilor, and Section chairs. It also gives guidelines for the various Committees, association Awards, and Organizational Representatives. The Handbook is often given to all new HLA Board members as an association guide during their time of governance.
