Bylaws

The Bylaws are the rules and regulations adopted by the association for its internal governance, our rules of conduct.  For example, they explain the types of memberships allowed, set dues amounts, detail election procedures and committee responsibilities.  Bylaws are more flexible than the Constitution because they are easier to amend.
